Our expertise includes feasibility studies, FEED, EPC, liquefaction and power-generation technology selection, project finance, and solution deployment for natural gas, LNG, LPG and NGLs, GTL, and low-carbon products infrastructure, including carbon capture and storage (CCS).
We have developed LNG liquefaction/regasification projects, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG)/natural gas liquids (NGL) projects, petrochemical plants, gas-to-liquids (GTL) development, design, fabrication, construction of storage tanks and refinery systems, and power plant development, including EPC contracts for plants in Asia and North America.
We also have experience developing international CCS projects, specifically around the commercial and regulatory aspects associated with a CCS value chain.

Extensive experience in LNG, leading the origination of LNG market entries across the globe in Australia, Taiwan, Indonesia, China, Pakistan, Bangladesh, UK, Europe, South Africa, Morocco, Brazil, Panama, Colombia, and CARICOM, as well as the origination of LNG supply development opportunities in USGC, Canada, Mexico, Nigeria, Equatorial Guinea, including the procurement of third-party LNG supply and equity project participation.
We also have extensive experience leading the development of LNG strategies for major corporations, including portfolio development and optionality.

Global commercial activities and negotiations in the areas of exploration, business development, low-carbon solutions like CCS, and gas and power, such as upstream fiscals and production agreements, joint operating agreements, development of regulatory frameworks, natural gas and LNG gas supply agreements (GSAs), sale and purchase agreements (SPAs), tolling, transportation, lifting, unitization, balancing agreements, natural gas and LNG to power opportunities, petrochemical SPAs, power generation commercial agreements, and project finance.

Upstream field development planning covering the full life cycle of oil and gas field development including seismic interpretation, geological modeling, reservoir characterization and modeling, resource assessment, reserves estimation and certification, production optimization, improved oil recovery (IOR), enhanced oil recovery (EOR), gathering system design and analysis, and crude and crude products offloading and marketing.
